5787 – NO HOLDING BACK! WALK IN AUTHORITY AND WIELD YOUR SWORD!
The Hebrew year 5787 begins on the eve of September 11 – 9/11! This is very significant! We need to be armored up – now more than ever before. The pictograph for the number 7 is a sword (or scepter) and crown. It is a year to walk in the authority Christ has given us, crowned with His righteousness, wielding the scepter and the sword! As I have been seeking the Lord for what He is speaking for 5787, there have been several things that the Holy Spirit has brought forth.
The first happened at a recent gathering. I knew that what I heard was not just for the people attending; it is the Lord’s heart for all the Body! At the event, during a time of deep worship, I saw the Lord walking down the aisles looking at each person. He was delighted with some, but with others He was very sad because they were holding back from worshipping Him with their whole heart. My spirit was grieved because I could feel His sorrow and disappointment. I felt Him compelling me; as I began to prophesy about what I saw and heard, and proclaiming He is worthy of everything we are and have, a breaker anointing was released. I believe that when we stop holding back from the Lord in any area, the breaker anointing will be released. Ask Him to show you how and where you have been holding back, then be quick to repent and release! This year will be one of great advancing of the Kingdom of God if we walk in full engagement in all areas!
The Spirit of the Lord reminds me of this scripture whenever my flesh or soul wants to hold back in any area: "Now the just shall live by faith; But if [anyone] draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him."" (Heb 10:38 NKJV)
Living by faith is not just about our “religious” life, it applies to all areas. Faith means trusting Him with everything; complete reliance! Another scripture that He has spoken to me about this is: ""But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven." (Mat 10:33 NKJV)
To deny, according to the Strong’s Concordance, is not just “not confessing.” It also means rejecting or refusing! When we sense the Holy Spirit nudging us to say something or do something and don’t obey, we are denying the Lord place in our lives at that moment!
Jesus deserves full place in every area of our lives! We are in critical times, and as we near the end of the age there will be great increase of evil, but also of the glory of God as we walk in obedience! Let us be about His business with all our heart, mind and will, giving Him full reign. The Lord reminded me of something He spoke to me many years ago, “My government will come forth through My governed ones!” This time there was an imperativeness in it! Truly, He is Lord of all, or not Lord at all!
3 DREAMS REVEALING A YEAR OF GREAT DECEPTIONS – BE FAITHFUL IN WATCHING; WIELD THE SWORD AND SPEAK THE TRUTH
As I had been seeking the Lord about 5787, I had a three-part dream. Each part emphasized the need for great discernment; this year more than ever!
DREAM 1: I was in a gathering of believers, all whom I knew, for an event. I was watching, not engaging. Plates were being set on tables. I was shocked and disturbed because the plates were black plastic! They were also magnetic – when they touched the edges held tightly together, nearly impossible to separate. I was looking for a trash can and didn’t see one anywhere. I was alarmed by this.
Black in dreams symbolizes evil, famine and death; plastic symbolizes artificial, superficial and flimsy – it can’t hold much weight. The strong magnetic bond of the black plates represents networks of evil being formed with tight connections.
My being alarmed at no trash cans available reveals that I was discerning of the danger of what was being presented to be eaten – it needed to go in the trash! I was very disturbed that no one else seemed to be alarmed. They acted as if everything was normal! I believe this represents the sleeping church – lulled by Christianity that is watered-down, superficial, worldly; accepting of things that are false or have no true spiritual value.
DREAM 2: I was leading a group of people exploring new land. We were in a desert with many sandstone type structures. We came to the edge of a bluff; there were steps cut into the earth that descended, and in the near distance there was another bluff with steps leading up to the top. We went down and across, up the steps, spied out the land and turned around to return. Now I was at the end of the line, watching the ascent and surroundings; the others were focused on climbing. I could see the upper part of the stairs was covered with a huge web and many spiders. No one else seemed to be able to see it. I yelled, “Watch out, there is a huge web filled with spiders. Grab a stick and break it apart!”
This clearly represents the webs of deception that are placed in front of us as we advance! Also, there is a great danger after an assignment of letting down our guard. We must be vigilant and watchful in these times, warning others of the dangers, and wield our swords!
DREAM 3: This dream was very strange. I was at another gathering. Many were outside, chatting and having fun. They were at a level lower than the house. I was standing in the doorway of the house, watching. I sensed a shift and looked up. In the sky, off in the distance, was a castle-like structure. It began to spin, lifted off and flew toward us, landing near the people gathered outside. Emerging from the castle were people dressed like Disney characters. They disbursed among the people and began to talk with them. The people were excited at their arrival and welcomed them wholeheartedly, eager to talk with them. They seemed entranced, drawn in by the “supernatural” arrival, the uniqueness of the strangers, and how “cute and friendly” they were. I was tremendously grieved in my spirit. Fearing they would be led astray, I went down to hear what was being said to them, because I knew I was going to have to combat the deception. I woke up.
The symbolism in this dream is obvious. In the dream I was grieved at the people’s lack of discernment, their being drawn to fantasy, and easy acceptance of something “new” with no consideration at all in how they might be led astray, though many obvious points of concern were evident. The reality of potential wolves in sheep’s clothing escaped them.
" But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or [if] you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted--you may well put up with it!" (2Co 11:1-4 NKJV)
My being on a higher level symbolizes being a watchman. As I went down it was to wield the sword of Truth. When we receive our discernment from the higher level of being seated with Christ in heavenly places, we gain His wisdom and strategy.
All three dreams have the same bottom line: Watchmen arise, be alert and discerning. Wield the sword and speak the truth! Many may be led astray if we don’t warn them and show them the way.
"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." (1Pe 5:8 NKJV)
SOUND THE ALARM!
The other day I heard the Lord say, “Sound the alarm in My Holy Mountain!” (Joel 2:1) The warning is the day of the Lord is coming, is at hand. No more holding back! This is a year to release! Stand in the authority He has given you and wield your sword – the Word of God! When you release that sound, you will take new ground; proclaim the truth wherever you are found!
"I charge [you] therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season [and] out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, [because] they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers; and they will turn [their] ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables. But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry." (2 Tim 4:1-5 NKJV)
5787 IS A YEAR TO EMBRACE AND LIVE FROM THIS TRUTH: YOU ARE COMPLETE IN CHRIST JESUS!
The number seven, besides being a picture in the Hebrew of the crown, scepter and sword, also represents completion and perfection. The Apostle Paul spoke to the early church of a great truth that, if embraced and lived from its reality, will keep us centered in times of great trial: We are COMPLETE in Christ Jesus! With all the deceptions in these times, and the intensity of warfare, it is imperative that we know who we are in Him!
"As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving. Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power." (Col 2:6-10 NKJV)
5787 WILL BE A YEAR OF GREAT VICTORY!
You are complete IN HIM! Live from Him, through Him and to Him and 5787 will be a year of great victory for the Lord and His people!
I heard the Lord say, “No more holding back, it’s time to release; let the past go, through Me continually flow. Arise into all I have called you to be; as you do this, others will be set free, for they will see Me displayed before their eyes and My Truth will then be realized. Be instant in season and out, for the enemy is going about as a ravenous beast, but I say let My word through you be released; the sound will cause the enemy to be bound, and a new measure of glory will be found.”
