2026 – SONS OF GOD ARISING AND BUILDING THE HOUSE!
2026 – THIS IS A YEAR OF AWAKENING AND ARISING, into full and correct identity. A year of sons and daughters of God receiving fresh and empowering revelation of, and alignment to, God’s original intent and purpose so that we can build His House correctly.
Six is the number of man; on the sixth day man was created in God’s image. Also on that day came the serpent speaking, man’s weakness, and subsequent sin as man lost his awareness of being created in God’s image! The serpent (devil) brought temptation to doubt God’s word – saying they would be like God if they ate from the tree God told them not to, saying they wouldn’t die as God had said. The devil is a liar; they were already like God, made in His image. Their disobedience began spiritual death, and their bodies starting the decay leading to death! Man’s weakness was human reasoning, heeding words appealing to the flesh and soul. The fruit “looked” good in many ways!
Thanks be to GOD through Jesus Christ His Son! His death was the atonement for our sin and now we are restored to right and true identity! There is a key to victory over all temptations in the Genesis account! Believe GOD and obey Him; we have the Word of God, the life of Christ indwelling us and the Holy Spirit to help and empower us!
In the Hebraic calendar, this is the year 5786; a “6” year. In Hebrew the number six is a “vav” – it is a picture of a hook or connector. The word “vav” is translated “and” in English. The first mention of vav is Genesis 1:1, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” God created heaven and connected (vav) earth.
The root of “and” is two words – Tav and Aleph. Tav is a mark or sign and means completion, truth, covenant and God’s seal. Aleph means unity, speaking of God’s oneness, the indivisible Creator and Source of all existence. This is a year where the Holy Spirit will bring fresh revelation on these things bringing clarity of purpose!
2026 – A YEAR OF CLARITY to steward and administrate in this fullness of times.
In November, the Holy Spirit quickened Ephesians 1:10 to me:
"That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; [even] in him:"
I always thought of dispensation as a specific period of time. The Holy Spirit told me to look it up. Dispensation can be a specific period of time, but it is more. In the original language, it is the word Oikonomou; the definition includes administration and stewardship. In fact, this is the meaning ascribed to this verse, according to the Greek Lexicon! Look at the verse considering this!
That in the administration and stewardship of the fullness of times…. Who does this? What if it is us? God has given us dominion over the earth, as such we steward and administrate! We the vavs connecting Heaven and earth, through Christ in us and working through us! Not convinced? Look at other scriptural references of the word dispensation!
1 Cor. 9:17 – a dispensation (administration and stewardship) of the gospel given to Paul
Eph. 3:2 – a dispensation (administration and stewardship) of the grace of God given to Paul for others
Col. 1:25 – a dispensation (administration and stewardship) in the making of Paul into a minister to equip others in what God had given him
We administrate and steward the fullness of times through being what He has created us to be and doing what He has called us to do; living a God-centered life, set apart for His working in us and through us! In these things we also hasten His coming; we hasten the fullness of times!
"But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner [of persons] ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God.” (2 Pet. 3:10-12a: KJV)
What if the fullness of times and the coming of the day of God depends on us? Perhaps the reason no one knows the day or the hour except God is because He is waiting on us rising as true sons and daughters. Perhaps it will happen when He sees a certain number in unity of faith and the knowledge of the Son of God by being His Body and building His House (whose house we are); with a fullness to the Body of Christ in manifestation as the measure and stature of the fullness of Christ (Ephesians chapter 4). Perhaps there is a set point depending on us that He is looking for rather than a day or hour? Don’t stone me; I’m just posing a question I have been pondering.
2026 – A YEAR OF BUILDERS ARISING
2026 in the Greek (Strong’s concordance) is the word epoikodomeō – to edify, to build up, to build upon.
"According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ." (1 Cor. 3:10-11, KJV)
2026 will be a year of divine direction and clarity to steward and administrate the building of the House of God! There is grace for building the House –connecting heaven and earth; building up the children to arise into sons and daughters, to catch the vision and run! A year of all hands on deck and every joint supplying (Eph. 4:16); a year of building in accordance with the blueprints God has given! Builders will rise with vision, pioneering new works, leaders ensuring what is built is built on and through Jesus Christ.
HOW DO YOU BUILD; WHAT DO YOU BUILD ON?
"Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone]; In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit." (Eph 2:19-22 KJV)
The root of the word epoikodomeō (to build, #2026 in Strong’s concordance) consists of two words:
#1909– epi – meaning apt, fitting on; 1) superimposition of time, place, order; 2) distribution over, upon; 3) of rest; 4) of direction
#3618 – oikodomeō – meaning rebuild, build, edify, embolden: 1) to be a house builder; construct; 2) confirm
Do you hear this? Superimposition of time, place and order on the building of the house; distribution upon and direction for, doing the work out of building the house out of a place of rest! Being emboldened, edified and confirmed for the building of the house, with God providing all you need along the way, through Christ!
"That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and [in] all knowledge; Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you: So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall also confirm you unto the end, [that ye may be] blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ." (1Co 1:5-8 KJV)
2026 - SONS AND DAUGHTERS ARISING AND BEING REVEALED NOW!
"For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy [to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected [it] in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now." (Rom 8:18-22 NKJV) Until now! Until now! Until now! Rise up; fan the flame!
2026 – MOVING FORWARD INTO THE NEW HE IS CALLING FORTH IN AND THROUGH YOU
What are you waiting for? Do you know what God is calling you forth into in this new year? Let me challenge you; do you think you know your calling? I heard the Lord say to tell them, “If you’re not uncomfortable, I doubt you do know!” It should be uncomfortable as you think about doing it, because it's outside of your comfort zone, relying only on the Holy Spirit for God’s grace and direction. When you do minister in your calling, it is absolutely such a flow of His presence moving through you that you're uncomfortable from then on if you're not in it. Growth never stops! The levels of going forward for each moment are new in Him. Staying in “comfort” is death; there is no movement! It’s okay to enjoy where you are in the new, but don’t make a denomination out of it and stay stuck there. He goes before and makes the crooked places straight! He provides times of rest; Trust HIM!
2026 - A YEAR OF COMMISSIONINGS INTO NEW ASSIGNMENTS
If you are a born-again believer, Jesus has commissioned you!
"And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, [even] to the end of the age." Amen." (Mat 28:18-20 NKJV)
God is positioning you for your new assignments, and He will align you with those who will stand with you and send you forth in faith and prayer. Be expectant and alert; things are moving quickly!
